It is very easy to install, doesnt require a MySQL database like many other newsletter scripts, and has plenty of great feautres. Admin control panel features: Accept/Reject/Edit articles pending by users, Reject/Edit Accepted Articles, Reject electronic mail subscriptions, Delete old articles every year (So they dont get mixed up with this years issues), Choose which month to publish, delete logs, and notification
